Our Story

Our Story Begins with a Purpose

When I arrived in Australia, I had to start over and build a new future from the ground up. Driven by a passion for helping others, I studied Aged Care and Home and Community Care while volunteering at a Cancer Foundation Op Shop, where I learned the value of community service and giving back.

In 2014, I began working as a Disability Support Worker. Supporting people to live with dignity, independence, and purpose inspired me to further my education and complete a Diploma of Community Services. Through years of frontline experience, I gained a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals, families, and service providers.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I recognised a growing need for quality support services and saw an opportunity to make a greater impact. In 2021, I founded Keep Up Australia with a simple vision: to provide person-centred NDIS services that empower people to achieve their goals and live their best lives.

As the business grew, we expanded into labour hire services to help address workforce shortages across the care and community sectors, ensuring organisations could continue delivering essential services to those who rely on them.

Today, Keep Up Australia is built on the values that have guided my journey from the beginning—compassion, integrity, resilience, and a commitment to making a positive difference. My mission remains simple: to support people, strengthen communities, and create opportunities that improve lives.
